21,000+ in the past 7 years. Maybe it's time to run fewer miles and add a bit more quality. I think I've pretty much peaked using the volume versus speed work method. The more I look at my fitness for Toledo 2014, and the workouts I pulled off late March, the more I think that I was on to something there. Hindsight - fueling probably was the issue that race. Maybe it's time to try that routine again.
