I felt good but this was pretty tough. I could tell that my legs were still a little heavy from the half marathon because I had to work more than usual to hit my times. my lower back stiffened up a little bit but not bad. We'll see how I feel in the afternoon. 1 x 2 mile warm up 1 x 2 mile @ 11:53 2 minutes rest 6 x 400 @ [~78] w/ 200 jog recovery ~4 minutes rest 1 x 400 @ 78 w/ Courtney 1 x 2.25 mile cooldown
