Great race!! I pushed myself incredibly well, and really didn't have much left in the tank at the end. I pushed on a lot of the hills in the last stretches which was pretty painful and zapped my kick, but I'm super proud of the effort I was able to give. My stretch goal was 30:00 flat, and my realistic goal was 31:00, so I was right on. It was really encouraging being able to run with Nick, he really pushed me through towards the middle during my short time of feeling discouraged and unfocused. This is very encouraging for me to break 28:00 at Nationals
