Felt awesome! my legs are feeling great after reducing my milage. I am also really surprised how much speed I still have in my legs. I was between 5:00-5:15 pace throughout this workout. It was fast, but never difficult. my easy run pace is definitely feeling easier already just after 2 speed workouts. weather was perfect, in the mid 50s and overcast 1.5 mile warmup (11:20) 3 x strides 6 x 600m w/ 200m jog @ 4 minute cycles [1:58; 1:58; 1:57; 1:55; 1:54; 1:53] (avg. 1:56) (5:10/mile) 1.5 mile cool down (11:20)
