Felt good. It was harder than I expected for being such a short workout, but I really didn't have to put that much effort in at all. On the cool down jog back my hip was giving me some semi serious problems, but it went away after a few minutes. 1 x 2 mile warm up 2 x 1 mile @ 5:57 w/ 70 seconds rest 4 x 200 @ 35 w/ 2 minute rest 1 x 3 mile cool down
