This was tough but I performed incredibly well. I didn't decide to do the hammer until halfway through the workout. I was going to try to hit 3:25 which I felt was a stretch, but ended up blasting out a 3:23. The first half of the next rep felt easy until I realized that I was just barely hitting pace and had to keep speeding up. That's when the lactic acid started building and made it tough to keep going. I was pretty tired finishing this workout but I definitely could have done another 1-2 reps if I needed. It was an important workout because I really need to get my legs used to running much faster than goal MP, and this workout did just that.
