I was hesitant to go out because of the cold rain, but I was glad I did once I was out. I want to get more of my miles in today so that I can take tomorrow easier to rest up. My achilles is starting to feel better, but still not 100%. I had a small twinge in my right quad, but I think that from the hard effort on the hills yesterday. Everything should be fine if I roll it out.
