Long Run w/ 6 x 1min surges
I felt great during this run. I was a little worried in the beginning that I was taking it out too fast, but I held onto the pace great. It never really got all that hard. The surges started slow, but I worked down to 5:30 by the last one. I didn't eat anything on the run and just had one bottle of water. It was really windy out which made it pretty cold between miles 5-12
