This was SO easy! Ali kept telling me to slow down but I just wasn't working at all. My goal pace was 6:00 per mile but I was hitting them way under effortlessly. The 200s felt really good too, but they were tougher on the inside track. My back was giving me a little problems during the cooldown, and I felt a little pressure on my right shin, but I don't think it will be an issue. 1 x 2.375 mile warm up (16:45) 3 x 1 Mile @ [5:56; 5:51; 5:49] w/ 70 seconds rest 3 x 200 @ [34; 31; 30] w/ 2 minutes rest 1 x 2.25 mile cool down (16:45)
