Kickass Workout! It was really hot and I probably didn't have quite enough water with me, but I managed. I was definitely feeling a little overheated in the last rep, but other than that it didn't affect me too much. I was only planning on doing 3 x 1 mile @ 6 minute pace if I still had it, but I was cruising without too much effort throughout the workout so I decided to get an extra rep in. Good choice! It got a bit tough on the last rep but definitely doable. My digestive system was really iffy on that last rep but it cleared away pretty quick after stopping. I still felt good during cooldown.
