it was very hot and muggy out, but it didn't seem to affect me as much as I thought it would. There was a very strong wind however which was kind of annoying. I almost postponed this workout until tomorrow but I decided just to get it done and give myself a day of recovery tomorrow. Starting the warm up my quads felt completely dead, but they loosened up I guess. Either way I wasn't in ideal shape going into the workout, a little tired. I still had more speed than I expected and was hitting pretty similar times to what I did during track season. They started getting a little tough but never horrible. 2.2 mile warm up (16:30) 6 x 1k @ 6:30 cycles [3:31; 3:33; 3:30; 3:34; 3:31; 3:29] (3:31.33 average) 2 x 200m @ [33; 32] skipped cooldown, legs + shin were feeling a little questionable and I didn't want to push my luck
