Notes
This run wasn't easy, but I performed incredibly. I kept picking up my pace even when I was getting more and more tired. My quad worried me when I woke up and at a few points during the run, but it never got to the point where I felt I should stop. It actually almost felt better for my quad when I picked the pace up towards the end. I stopped halfway to change out bottles and grab a quick snack / bathroom break. I started with a bottle of powerade and then switched to flat coke and powerade mixed. I also have a full orange when I stopped and ate 2 cookies while on the run.
