Notes

I started this run feeling a little bit rough, and was intimidated that I was about to be out for a hilly 23 miles. The time flew by though and by about an hour into the run I was feeling a LOT better than when we started. We kept a solid pace and went relatively hard on the hills. I thought it was awesome how many of the hills I could run this weekend, and how I could easily recover during the flat sections after climbs.
