I felt good! I was able to push and not have any problems whatsoever with my quad. I kept the mill at around 8:20 pace, and did 2 x 1 mile with 0.25 recovery. My heart rate was up around 180 by the end 1 x 1 mile warm up 2 x 1 mile @ 8:20 pace [6.5% grade, 7.5% grade] 0.25 mile flat recovery 1 x 1 mile cool down
