This was a magical day. I didn't really taper for it and I was just planning on going slightly faster than Marathon pace, but the first mile was downhill and I ran through the first mile marker at 6:08. It felt easy so I just went with it. Second mile marker was 12:16. I was shocked at how easy it felt. I just kept going with it and a few hills slowed me down, but not considerably.
