Prairie Creek TT - 35:11
This didn't go as well as I was hoping, but it still went pretty well. I did a basically all out effort around the reservoir to see what my upper end capacity was. It wasn't as fast as I expected, but I started off a little bit tired. I had a two beet smoothie 4-5 hours before, but it upset my stomach more than it helped. I also was hoping to get the aero bars on but didn't have time to get them on before dark.
