What a gorgeous day and an awesome ride. It was SUPER windy out, maybe the strongest I've had to deal with. Fighting the headwind the last 10 miles or so was very, very difficult, but otherwise I was flying on this ride. I felt good when I got back too and decided to go for a short run. I did a few intervals towards the middle where I was working over-gear. Just enough to really zap my legs.
