I didn't feel awesome but I think that's to be expected during the taper. I took it mostly very easy but I still had moments when I would get carried away and pick up the pace. I think I'm slightly tired from adjusting my sleep schedule. That should be fixed by next weekend. I was also surprised how quickly my legs started aching. As soon as I got home though I was feeling great and felt great for the rest of the day. This tells me that the run was chump change for me now and if I had kept going I would have loosened up and started feeling good. I went through the MTB loop in 1:19:30.
