Central Park

Notes

This was a LOT of fun. I basically just went exploring and got as lost as possible while taking all of the side-trails in Central Park. I wasn't feeling super great though; my legs were very shot from my workout on Friday along with walking all day the previous two days. My legs were incredibly, incredibly achy towards the end of each day on Friday Saturday and Sunday. I was also still VERY cardiovascularly spent from my workout on Friday. I noticed it all the way through the weekend, constantly feeling in oxygen debt. It wasn't horrible in my run once I slowed down, but I couldn't believe how out of breath I was when I went up stair sets. Also my tendonitis flared up pretty bad while walking around the city on Saturday, but it was a lot better Sunday morning, and I didn't feel it at all during my run.
