trail run at first Landing State Park. Well groomed trail but it was wet and sloppy. Passed a sign for high water and regretted it. It kept getting deeper and I was eventually thigh deep in water. Considering the temperature was about 35F, it was extremely cold. Actual distance was about 10.5 miles, I paused my watch and forgot about it.
