Dang don't know what happened but logging really got away from me here. I don't think there's much of a point to going back to log the last week as I don't remember enough to offer any useful reflection on my runs. The week was more of overdistance and easy runs to get back into the swing of things. Really goes to show how when I don't log for 2-3 days it just starts snowballing into a week... sorry about that.
Anyway I ran with Luke today at knoch. This was my first time running with Luke in forever which was fun. Both of our watches were dead so we just kinda eyeballed the time and shot for 40 minutes. The shade at knoch was much appreciated.
