Run with Luke at knoch and we ran into nicolas a minute into our run so we ran with him for the rest of our workout. Just felt like a classic afternoon day of vibing throughout knoch as the sun went down. We didn't want to get killed by a frisbee so we did strides on the field on the side of the bridge closer to the nature center, a fun day. also we saw allan poe which is always appreciated
