Notes

I felt really good today, not sure why but the legs were definitely there today. My heel was still a little tight but it loosened up after about a mile. Ran to comish today and just felt really good, the weather was pretty decent if a tad windy. Running out of episodes of podcasts to listen to so that's gonna be a problem in a couple weeks.

You have some plantar fascitis. It's really important you warm up good before running. Take a golf ball and roll your heel on it before running. Also, walk a bit before doing the active warm up. Better to run in the afternoon after you are loosened up a bit.
