WOW!!!!! First run in a while, worked 1 month in Houston and Houma for Hurricane Gustav and Ike, worked on my P90 program for a month before that so it's been maybe 2 months since I ran.
Gained weight when I was TDY, eating MRE's
Had to take a couple short walk breaks took it real easy since it was my first run in a while.
