Good run today, windy about 15 mph winds but good temp and felt good.
Ran whole 2.5 miles with no walk breaks, fairly good pace..for me..pushed hard and felt i had a little left could have went harder but just trying to slowly pick up the pace and set a speed i can maintain.
Still pretty good run.
