Don't know what my time is because I can't find my watch. Took yesterday off kind of. I wanted to run but then Stewy stopped by to say they were playing basketball up at woodhill. So I did that for a couple hours instead. I also didn't do any situps or pushups. I have been really sore the past couple of days, so I took them off of the upper body stuff. I have been building a rock wall, and lugging the heavy rocks around combined with pushups and my relatively unfit physique was just a little bit too much. Hopefully I'll start again. No pain no gain. Running has been going well so far this summer. I've been trying to take it easy the past couple of days, at like 730 pace. I'm going to try to stay at this pace while I raise my mileage. Once a week i might do some kind of tempo, but my leg already kind of hurts and I don't want to push it. Over the summer I have way too much time to type.
