Kind of an easy workout. I ran off pace, in the too fast direction, for all except the first 200. That one a gust of wind pelted against me for the 100 meters. Ran too fast for the warmup and cooldown. Ran the cooldown with duffty. Still an easy day. guessing the recovery times of 70.
