Run in the heat, so I tried to take it easy and do mostly trails. This run was pretty nice, with all road trails on the Fells. Even then there was probably 1.5 miles on the road in direct sunlight. I took off the shirt in the Fells, and that felt great. I haven't run shirtless in a while, because of fear of sunburns, but it was a clear game changer for this run.
