Notes

Put off running for too long, due to the heat. Went running on the treadmill instead around 9. Basement was surprisingly cool, but I still sweat puddles of water, literally. Started out at 640s, or 9 miles per hour. At around 1.8 miles, raised the incline to 3, because if i was outside I would have hills, and ran that way until mile 3, so a little over a mile. Meanwhile, I raised the speed. Started gradually, from 9 to 9.5, then a mile later to 10 and then every lap I was going up .2 mph. Finished going a steady 527 pace. Felt really comfortable, except for the sweat dribbling into my eyes, which is a great sign. I want to start doing some tempo type runs once a week, although probably longer than this run, but still a good start. Afterwards, dipped in the pool to cool off, then started lifting, week 2. Trying to get 2 days of lifting this week, last week i skipped one and only got one. Tomorrow I'll do ab stuff. Going to call this a tempo, b/c it was quick.
