Ran on the treadmill. I was going to run farther, but then i chose to just do a kind of speed interval. I ran the first mile at 620 then 600 then 527 and then a little extra at 527 because I wasn't thinking clearly enough and didn't know when to stop. Felt good. my leg is slightly sore right now though.
