Notes

Ran in the morning. Kind of beat up from soccer and running yesterday. My leg is sore where I got kicked a couple times yesterday. Didn't bother me a lot while running, but I occasionally felt it. Back to cold weather, which kind of sucks. I'm going to start lifting this week. I think it really helps my running, and probably helps me not get hurt as well. Plus if I ever have to get in a fight or lift a car off a person I'm kind of screwed. Hopefully B tonight, otherwise I might double.
