Notes
Don't know the real time or distance. Ran this with Gabe and Josh. Based it off gabe's log. I felt a lot more comfortable during this run. Looking at the splits, it looks like we started pretty slow, so that probably helped. Still I think I'm getting back into it. It rained gently at the end of the run, but I missed the worst of it. Gabe and Josh added on, and it rained a lot harder on them. Meanwhile, I waited in Gabe's apartment and Beth made me hot chocolate. Glad to be back on this coast.
California probably helped. While it was hotter, the air quality was worse. I should have run more often. Monday I went to a Kings game and Thursday I went to the OC to visit Shea, but I could have run Sunday and Friday pretty easily. Even two runs on a vacation isn't awful though.
After this long run I went to watch the Football game.
