Tough loss. This was a new team and they matched us pretty closely. But there was one guy who could take the puck and go with it and score 90% of the time. So when the third period started he just did that twice. We almost came back with a couple minutes to go, lots of shots on net. But still not our best.

I need to get my speed back. At some point I could keep up with pretty much anyone. I think I have my base fitness back (still need to increase miles, but at least able to run now). So might start throwing in a hill workout once a week.

Weight wise I started weighing myself when I shower at home. I'm at around 140 now, but the scale is not the calibrated scale I used to use at work, so if I remember correctly it may be off by up to 5 lbs. I'm worried I might lost weight too quickly, or not eat enough. I realize it's nice that that is my worry, but it is legitimate.
