Added on a little extra by running on the main road. That was a mistake, it was pretty ugly vs the side street. Also looking at the map I could in theory run by Jack Kerouac's grave, so I was curious what that would look like. Probably not worth it based on this run.
I also pass a lot of sings saying to sing a petition to prevent the riverneck rd project. I assumed it was NIMBYism, but looked it up to see. It kind of is, but they are putting a large business park there so I get not wanting that around. I also don't 100% understand they're claim that it will reduce traffic.
Run felt good though. No complaints there except for the heat. Tomorrow I want to do a hill workout, probably on the hill behind my work. I'm thinking 5-7 hill repeats
