felt like crap today. I'm guessing I ran a lot more during the soccer game than I thought I did. Also, it was a lot of sprinting which I am not used to. I was going to do a long run today. My goal for this week is to go past 40. From there I would like to go to 50 than 50 again and then 60 for the last week. Still, today i felt sick, probably from eating dinner right before i ran. Tomorrow I'm going to try to get a long run or, if i have to, double.
