probably mostly easy, but going to try and throw some speed in
Tried to run fast anytime I felt it was going uphill. So like a fartlek/hill workout. Felt pretty good today. Not great, but I'm more confidant then yesterday. Another day like that and I probably wouldn't have run the marathon, but now I"m leaning towards it again.
