Notes

I forgot my watch today, so no time on this one. We ran Poop castle. I rolled my ankle maybe half way into the run and it was a little sore for the rest of the run. Feels fine today though, so no real damage done.

On a side note, I've been thinking about starting to go biking once a week as well. I need to replace some spokes on my bike, but I'm going to try to do this this weekend. I also need to buy a bike rack for my car, but that is less important.
