Good workout. I hit all my paces and then some. My tendon in the back of my left leg has started to bother me the past couple of days. I'm guessing that with all the slipping I probably strained it. I started icing it. My knee has almost stopped bothering me, although i continue to ice just in case. Ran this workout basically by myself. I timed the last rest for a 200 interval and extrapolated to find the others, but the last recovery is usually the slowest. I was trying to hit the times duffty told me he and gabe hit. They were 307 and 150ish, which I was right around. Feel good for this weekend.
