Start of weight work. Circuit of some kind. Still in development. I'm going to make two circuits, then do one on tuesday and one on thursday, assuming I don't have a hockey or soccer game. If I do, I'll move it to another day.
First day, so I only did 2 sets of each. Still felt it though. Next week I'll move to 3 sets. The weights are just a guess, as I don't feel like going downstairs to check the exact amount.
