Trails, so took it easier. Felt a lot better for this run.
Stepped on glass in my work shower. Unclear if the glass was already there, or it was in my foot and just worked its way in enough to be painful suddenly. But now I'm afraid of my work shower. It was already gross, but I cleaned it pretty thoroughly with isopropyl. I see some shower shoes in my future (probably should have been wearing those anyway).
