Ran an extra lap around the reservoir. Didn't run yesterday, took a day off to do trivia night, but I felt really sore today. I did play basketball during lunch, so maybe it was that. The weather today was great, mid 60s no rain. I feel like I talked more than normal, so progress with running with strangers. Also made plans for a long run on Sunday, which will force me to actually do it.
