Notes

Went out not knowing the distance, just the general area I wanted to run. Thought it was 14, once I started thinking about it, and regretting not looking it up, so I was pretty close. Didn't run for the last three days. Was going to start workouts, or a semblance of workouts, this week, but I guess they are going to have to wait another week. SHould be able to get 50 this week in the 4 days left. From now on, up until the marathon, I'm not taking a day off except for injury. I've said it before, but, like quitting smoking, it is something you just have to keep trying to do until you do it, or die of cancer. In that respect it is less like quitting smoking.
