Notes
Felt pretty good on this run. Ran with Gabe, Dan, and mccann. I'd love to do this once a week, running with a group is fun. Partly I also just wanted to see the new baby, who was adorable.
I do feel like it was a little too fast for me. But that is probably good, that will push me and make me better. Looking at the paces they are all over the place. So sometimes I was fine and sometimes I was struggling and I'm seeing now why it felt that way. Got to hear Mccann's crazy dating story, which he'll tell Ruby at Labor Day (I know you sometimes read these).
Gabe pushed Marty on the Bob, and got to admit I'm impressed he was able to keep up pace so much. I slow down fairly dramatically with the stroller, but he was right with me (so in the back but still hanging in there) on uphills.
