Notes
Nice run. Wore my new shoes and ran a new run. Went into Tewksbury, and close to Lowell. Run went down River Rd and up 133 for a good 8 miles of it. I made an effort not to look at my watch, and managed to only look at it once, at about the 10.5 mile mark, aka the firehouse. I wanted to take it easy today and I have a tendency of picking it up if I look at my watch and or no the mile markers too well. So this run was perfect. My shoes felt great, although the outside of my foot was rubbed a little sore. Hopefully that will go away in time. Tomorrow I"m going to try to go to the track to run the 5k, or run it somewhere else around the high school if the track isn't open. Or break into the track, who knows.
