Ran in the dark. Went to see my sister run the mile at NE, and didn't get back until 6ish, so I had to run in the dark. Kind of scary. Ran three miles, then 3 miles tempo, and then the rest. So my rest time averages out at 726, and my tempo time was 1633, meaning 533s. Not too fast, but it was not slow either. My mile splits were pretty even , so i ran somewhat even, although the first mile was uphill, while the second was half downhill and half flat. Last was mostly flat with some uphill. Ally ran 520, so she beat my times today. My weekly mileage was about the same as last week, but I didn't have a long run. Next week I'll have a long run and be up more around 70.
