Tried to keep HR under 140 -- obviously failed. Even going mindnumblingly slow didn't seem to help.

Also, HRM is obviously nuts at the start. Wonder if it's counting bpm + steps or something.

Evening edit: Duh! Tempo + (18km & lift) == Elliot feels like absolute shit on the following day
