Later Saturday run after another long day of work. (10.5 hours Sat, 15 hours Friday, etc..) Really wanted to get out and get my run in as I missed on Thursday to hangout with Tom and feel tired. Felt good to be physical after so much sitting and stressing at a desk.
Started uber easy, and just picked it up as I felt like it and backed off a bit when I felt like it. No HRM, no GPS. Just starting easy (concentrating on it) and then doing what I felt like. Very enjoyable run. Very soul restoring.
