I used the "workout" feature on my Garmin but was a bit ambitious (never done a cadence pyramid before). So, for instance, for 110rpm a message would pop-up if I was outside the 108-112 range -- WAY too tight for me.
Turned into a bit of comedy of frantic pedaling while trying to hit the button on my garmin to clear the message away so I could see if I was being TOO frantic. C'est la vie.
120 & 115 felt like I was going to shake myself off my bike. 90-100 feels natural.
Looks like my heart rate monitor was freaking out a bit at the beginning. Pretty sure I wasn't 192 coming over the bridge.
