2 mile warmup (5.7mph), 6x800 @ 80-85% MHR (7.3mph) with 2 minute jog recovery (5.0mph), 2 mile cooldown (5.6mph)

Gym was very hot, and was very sweaty even during the warmup. Managed to finish all of the intervals without too much problem, but was very tired at end.
