45 min warmup @ 5.6 mph, 6x5 min @ 7.0 mph w/ 1 min recoveries @ 5.3 mph, .4 mile cooldown @ 5.3-5.5 mph. Forgot my water bottle, got dehydrated, and stomach began to revolt after just a short cooldown. Opted to just end there rather than forcing myself through the rest of the 10 miles.
